KRONA PERFORMANCE LIFETIME WARRANTY*
(PRINTABLE WARRANTY DOCUMENTS FOUND BELOW)
Krona Performance warrants that all of its exhaust components are free from defects. Each of these systems is warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the system is not installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction for such; and in accordance with good installation and maintenance procedures for the Automotive Industry.
This warranty does not apply to any exhaust component which has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Krona Performance will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part; nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to person or property resulting from misuse or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty.
The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, MUST be presented to the service outlet from which the exhaust product was originally purchased, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original exhaust product must also be returned for repair or exchange for a replacement component of the same part number.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, including merchantability, applies to the exhaust component, nor is any person or Krona Performance authorized to assume any other warranty. Krona Performance does not assume responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by the exhaust product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
The warranty give you specified legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
California currently has the most stringent regulations in regards to after market exhaust sound level requirements. Regulations in your state may vary. Krona Performance suggests you check the Vehicle Code in your state for specific guidelines. Krona Performance does not guarantee that you will not receive a citation or receive a fine for violations of state regulations.
Krona Performance suggests that you always keep your stock exhaust system on hand. This will allow for uninterrupted use of the vehicle should the need arise for removing your Krona Performance exhaust systems.
